i know the feeling Matt i suffer from both of those things too exceptionally the insomnia and i get migraines quite often as well and i also suffer from seasonal allergies and allergies to big amounts of dust.

I really enjoy a fine Belgian beer or ale, and here in the Netherlands we have some awesome breweries as well. We're known the world over for Heineken, but every Dutch beer enthousiast considers Heineken close to piss. I visited the Westvleteren brewery yesterday, and got two crates of Westvleteren 12

Some of these facts go for me, but actually I don't recognize most.
