Both the BB414 and BB614 were amazing values: astonishingly good playing and sounding alder body/ maple neck PJ basses, very well made especially considering the price point, and possessing much of the same personality/ mojo as the more upscale BB models- in fact some Jazz bass aficionados may find the necks on these even more comfortable.
