Warmoth SSB Short Scale Jazz Body

This is a relatively new Warmoth left handed short scale (or medium scale) jazz bass body. This body is designed to go with the Warmoth 32" or 30" scale bass necks. Finish is sonic blue gloss over poplar wood and fairly light in weight. Dimarzio Model J pickups are included as are Straplok pins, pickguard and control plate. Pickguard was notched by hand for truss rod access, just an FYI there. The 2nd hole of the control plate was widened for a 3 way switch but is still usable for a potentiometer. If need be you can order a new plate from Warmoth which are very low cost.

Very nice body here with a lot included for the money. I have 2 other projects going and won't get to this one. A neck was mounted for a short time but then moved to another bass. No neck plate, screws, pots, bridge or knobs.

I have a quartersawn SSB 32" scale neck as well though it was once drilled for an extra tuner for tenor however the 4 string 1.5" nut is back on and the neck works great. Let me know if you are interested in that.
