2 bolt neck ? that's different. and a zero fret on a fretless...with a unique string retainer.

and sissy lines on the fat string side of the neck? i guess that's where you'd be able to see them but odd.

reminds me of a SD Curlee design

and that padded cushion on the back very old school i wonder if those are comfy?
