Something about the Block Inlays just don't look right but I can't put my finger on it? I know it's not a Fender but something just looks wrong.

Also the gigantic headstock size looks so disproportional :?

The headstock reminds me of Fender's 1960s 5 string bass. But as you say, it's a copy not an original and the price seems fine for such a thing. Unless it played or sounded bad, I personally wouldn't be bothered for something at that cost.
