For sale, I have a 2015 Birdsong Fusion in excellent condition with its original hard shell case. This short scale Fusion has a walnut body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The frets are in excellent condition and the neck has great flex and relief. The tone is woody with some tang. The humbucker has a full spectrum character and is great for pick or fingerstyle playing. It is perfectly balanced for sitting or standing. It is a 31 inch scale and weighs a superlight 6 pounds. It can be strung at the bridge or through the body (the latter allows use of longer scale strings). It has a removeable thumb rest for fingerstyle playing. I love this bass but I have developed shoulder tenonitis and have to pare down my bass collection. It is currently strung with D' Adarrio EXL160S Medium gauge strings. Wow, you've got shoulder tendonitis and the bass you sell is a 6 pound shortscale? I'm really curious now which basses could be even more comfortable and easy on the shoulders than this!

Thanks. I have a Sandberg Superlight Jazz weighing in at 5 something, a Sandberg Bullet weighing in at 6, but also and a Pedulla Buzz weighing in at 8+. Those are keepers. My downsizing is more about not having 15 guitars and basses to move around my studio.
