Yep, all the reasons I posted it!
Re: 1981 Odyssey - Reverb
I believe these were made by the same Canadian makers that made Lado instruments That bass is in beyond excellent shape for its age. I remember seeing some of these in my time working at Sam Ash Brooklyn, doing repairs. Saw and setup a few Lados, and at least a couple of Odysseys. All very high quality basses.

The seller also has the Lado bass I posted here today.

That's Jose. He's a member here. I bought a Carvin 5 string from him a few months ago. His handle here is "zecacosta". I'm sure if anyone is interested in these basses you can contact him directly for a "Reverb Fee Free Price". That's what I did. (But he does live very close to me here in Toronto. So there was no border or shipping involved.) He's a super nice guy and easy to deal with.
Sometimes I think, maybe I'm lucky I'm left handed. If I could play any bass I wanted, my collection would REALLY be out of control.

Thanks for the kind words, J.C. greatly appreciated!
Yes, better price available to forum members and a small correction: Lados were made in Ontario by Joe Kovacic and Odysseys in British Columbia by Attila Balogh.
Best,
Zecacosta

Nope, Andrew found a local (B.C.) buyer that is pretty happy with it - right, Andrew?
Re: 1981 Odyssey - Reverb
I had an Odyssey custom built for me. I've posted about it before. Would love to know what happened to it. It was a series 600, top of the line, herringbone binding, and the built-in 6 band graphic EQ. If I could find it t the same time I had the funds I would try and buy it back.
