thoughts on a B15 cabinet

I've never owned the mighty B15. For some reason I have in my mind that due to the money they command it would not be justified in relation to my needs. This is potentially confusing as I rave occasionally about my 8 watt amp. (Side note: it just became a 15 watter; more later).

To be clear, I have a need/love of big power and low power. And usually I have those covered and the B15 seems (in my mind) stuck in in-between land and with the premium usally witnessed I just don't feel it.

However, occasionally I come across the cabs sans the amp....for like 250-350 bucks.

Original everything on the cab and speaker with condition varying.

I am interested in hearing lefty opinions on whether or not this would be something to consider.

In other words, is it worth picking up a B15 cab to pair with something else I have or just leave be??
