They had 3, and now they have 2—I snagged one.
Re: Epiphone Jack Casady new $599
Damn, what’s with the price reduction I wonder? I paid full price, plus I bought a case, bridge and tuners for mine

Congrats!
Only one left!
Re: Epiphone Jack Casady new $599
Thanks. I was going towards getting one and was waiting for a better price but probably would have paid the full price. The seller seems reputable and has good ratings, so I’ll take it that it’s new and perfect. $599. Not bad.

Sweetwater has them for 599 as well. Where did you ever find a case?

Looks like they are all gone? $599US is a good price! I bought one new in Europe in November that was about $110 more, which is a bit cheeky as they are all shipped from the same factory in China.
So far, it's been excellent, but I haven't had the chance to restring it with flats yet. I was actually surprised that a semi-hollow like this didn't come with flats installed to begin with.

Epiphone is no longer listing the lefty model. I wonder if it’s a sell off. Btw, the ones on Reverb are actually sold by Sweetwater. According to my tracking info, mine is coming from Sweetwater.

Actually, it says it's sold by Zzounds. Are they affiliated with Sweetwater? At any rate, a good time to grab one, since I suspect they might be discontinuing lefties too.

I wonder about Zzounds. The FedEx tracking I got is from Fort Wayne, home of Sweetwater. I don’t know.

Hey, Matt. Questions:
Which tuners and bridge?
Did you have to drill?
Where did you get the case?
Thanks.

ZZounds and Gear Nuts on Reverb are subsidiaries of Sweetwater.

Incredibly quick shipping. It’s out for delivery. I’m going to try to make a vid when I can this week.

I really recommend anyone on the fence about these to buy one now. I too was told they were discontinued. Who knows if more are coming down the pipline? It's a classic lefty dilemma! But at $599 you will surely break even at the very least if you decide to sell yours in a lefty-less Casady future. Avoid Bachbird levels of regrets.

Just a follow-up. I’ve noticed lefty Casadys all over Reverb lately and for even cheaper than before. Epiphone must have made another batch. So the lefty dilemma goes on: scoop something more expensive up in the fear it’s the last run or take your chances and wait for another, cheaper, batch that may or may not materialize.
