To me that kind of serious crack in the neck seems like a serious force has hit that neck. Maybe it has been thrown off stage by someone? If you look closely at the headstock photo there is a crack there too?

A couple of options like that on the market (schecter banshee, mike watt signature) but this is a hollow body.

In the past I have used my Danelectro long horn when I needed to fly. It has a 30 inch scale and it fits into a guitar gig bag. Used just to carry it into the plane.

I have played one just like that. There wasnt really nothing special about it. Pretty much same quality as my long gone basswood fender japan jazz. (Not saying this bass is not worth checking out) What makes it a custom shop? Fender japan used to make all kinds of basses in the 90s and early 2000s ...

I have one too. Payed like 300 pounds. I enjoy it a lot! Nice roller bridge and overall good quality on mine.
