Ha, I have the same bass with the same issue. When I bought it years ago, I think it was the first time it was taken out of the case in like 25 years and it too was stuck to the case. The finish is impacted a little bit, but it’s natural wear and it didn’t pull the color off, it just has a weird ...

I’m pretty sure that’s a great total price. I think the last few that sold years ago went for around $3K USD.

Interesting that the serial isn't on the headstock. Every other one I've seen of these has the E serial on the headstock.
