Looking for P-Basses - any kind

I got the P-Bass bug (again), so I'm looking for P-Basses, any kind or year.

I'm particularly looking for an early '70s bass with an A neck. I'd pay real American dollars for one of those. I know there are a couple here in the forum. . . ;)

Thanks

Hey, have you ever thought of trying a Nash?

I've read like two bad things and a billion great things about them... I've been tempted to pull the trigger for a long time but never have.

Anyway, I'm always sort of looking for a solid P as well... but, since I'm under a strict "no spending" rule right now, I'll let you know if I come across something.

Sure, I'm very aware of Nash. I've also read the good and the bad, and it seems that lately they have not been that good, plus they are approaching $2000. For that money, I'd rather buy a new MIA P-Bass and send it for nitro refin, no? I'm a fan of medium relics, but some of the extreme Nash relics I've seen are ridiculous.

I'd probably give a Nash a shot if it was in stock and I had a trial period, but to fork out $1800 on a bass that doesn't have a 100% solid reputation, seems like a high gamble.

Thanks for weighing in!
