I was watching that body when it sold a few months back for $99. To me, that's the only interesting thing about the bass, because I have an old ESP neck.

Hefty price for a parts bass... did you read the part where it is currently wired so just the 2nd and 4th pickups working? A lot of great used, or new bass could be had for that price, that need no work or tweaking... be interesting to see if it sells...
