Yup. That sunburst doesn't check, and the truss-rod adjustment cut in the body it'a giveaway as well. The strap buttons are not Fender. Also, it looks like a one-piece ash body under that finish, which is nice, but not Fender. Agree with Matt that it looks like a Ibanez body. And it's pretty heavy too. Looks like it could sound really nice, though.
