...aside from the pickup placement - which I'll admit is awesome (cause my 4004Cii has the same placement) - there is nothing about this bass that would make it worth what this guy is asking. I mean, I love it but it's just not all that. Especially now that Ric is starting to make lefties again.
I got my 4004Cii - which is IMHO a superior instrument - for $2000. That's a significant price discrepancy.
Just my thoughts.
(Still wish I could own it though...
)
