I hear you man. Way too much for me as well. Great looking bass though.

To be honest, I think it's a bit overpriced. $2,200.00 is a bit high for it even in the condition that it's in. I could see $1200 or MAYBE $1400, but $2,200 is a bit steep. You never know though.

I've got to admit I've never seen on of these before! Sure is cool looking, and the 30" scale would be a blast to play. Mighty nice condition, and they took a lot of great pictures... I'll take your word on the price, and file that away for future reference...

Wow... That was a LOT of $$ for a Mustang. Are they really that rare in lefty? It was in good shape.

Rare? yes indeedy they are. Especially in Natural. That is the 1st one i have seen in that finish. [of course, everything Fender lefty from 76-78 seems to be predominantly Natural eh?]

That's the second natural one I've seen. The first one was reported as stolen on another website, and had a maple neck. Still too much money for one, IMO.

Four of those screws aren't for attaching the bridge to the body; they're for adjusting the individual string mutes that are no longer on that bass. Still, that leaves seven screws that do attach the bridge, which is a bit much, especially since it's a through-body bridge.
