I'm starting to sell some of my collection to make some room in my house.

The first one I offer is the Sandberg JM-4 which might be called TM-4 now.

This is an outstanding sounding bass that covers any style of playing. This is one of the best neck I've ever played on a 4 strings, really fast and easy to play.

The bass comes with the gig bag. Two things I modified on the bass to my needs are the zero fret that I ask my builder to trim down to avoid buzzing on open strings ( see pic) which is the "purpose" of the zero fret which I don't understand LOL and the other mod is the screws holes for a regular 5 holes Fender-style bridge that are already there, curtesy of my builder as well. So the bass is ready for a regular bridge which I do prefer.
The bass is in excellent condition.

Sandberg has become quite the hype here in Europe. They're doing really well! And they deserve it too, they build great basses at a very fair price compared to some other German guitar manufacturers. Are these rare in the US?

Very rare... there's only a few dealers and only a couple of those dealers have any listed on their sites.

I know very well the distributor in Montreal which is the one for all Canada I believe and may be the US, not sure though. These are really well made with quality woods and components. I love those Delanos PU and preamp. And yes they are very are even if there is a store called Boutique Tone that have a few in stock.

I've had this Bullet 5 fretless for a while and loved every bit of it:



Sold it because I didn't really play fretless, but it was an amazing bass.

I played a lefty very similar to Sly's at NAMM this year. While i was impressed with the fit and finish, it was near impossible to really hear what it sounded like as the booth Nazi would not let me turn up the amp.

And it took me forever to get a good sound out of it. Some jackass had wired the blend control backwards. Then another ar$ehole stole my fresh hot cup of Starbucks

I immediatly left in disgust

I wouldn't be able to play correctly without the lines.
