Complete with 70's Fender decal... it's absolutely killer, but I would never pay $1350 for a used Warmoth.

It's not really even a full Warmoth as it has a B. Hefner body. Don't know much about B. Hefner but looked at their web site and that body would be just over $400 or so by itself... Agreed though... price too high...

It would be about $1000 for that body and neck with the same specs from Warmoth... $400 for the body, $600 for the neck.

Grab a Fender bridge, tuners, knobs, pickguard, pickups, control cover plate, electronics, strap buttons, neckplate, screws, and a decal from eBay, and you're looking at another $400 or so...

So, yeah... add the case and you can have the same bass for about $1500, give or take.
