I have exactly the same one:
1999 Fender Precision Bass PB70-70US L Japan olympic white
The basses are absolutely great. There are not many higher grade models for lefties built from Fender Japan.
This is one, Japanese Vintage Collection with USA parts
For me good thing, the guy is located in Europe, but I already have one:-)

The bass is long gone.
Sold it to rdavidson here on leftybassist, hope he's still enjoying it!
