The input jack definitely looks like it was replaced too. (I believe these basses had a coaxial input jack, believe it or not, making it virtually useless to plug in today). And that PUP doesn't appear to be original either. AFAIK, the Clubman basses only came with either 1 or 2 single coil lipstick type PUPs, and I've never seen that particular PUP on any Clubman basses before.

That action looks like it's set up for slide playing!

That bass needs to tuned a 1/4 step down, so when you push a string down, it will be in tune...
