That is very good for the year. What year did the thumb rest move to the other side of the strings?

That is a great price for a '74, especially with the maple cap board. Lots of other dealers would be charging twice the price!!

Yep, I saw that one too, though I was keeping it quiet in hopes that there was an outside chance I'd "find" 12 grand over the next few days. :lol:

ya know, I was a bit hesitant about posting that link, but I figured if someone here had 12.5 large burning a hole in their pocket, it'd be gone already!

Is that Fender logo an aftermarket for the 1964 Jazz bass? I thought back then there was only the Fender solo.
