re-shaped and painted headstock, non-original tuners, missing pickguard...and fair condition, which raises even more red flags

Was looking at my phone with the brightness down as I put my kids to bed. Knew there must be something amiss, but thought worth posting anyway.

Looks like the original nut has been filed for right handed stringing. Fortunately it doesn't have a right handed strap button hole.

I had been looking at that online. Anything marked FAIR condition at GC is indeed a big red flag.
I wonder if the electronics have been messed with, it looks like the battery cover is no longer there.
