Ready for love

Post by Leftbass »

Thought I'd share this with you my band The Paul Rodgers Story at a local pub. Not the best quality but a reasonable job

Great job! Too bad you guys are stuck back behind the rails... but that's the way it is sometimes in bars that are built without a plan for a stage, and then decide to have live music. But we don't care, we just want to play! Your band sounds good... wish I had a keyboard player in my band! ;)

That looks uncannily similar to a pub I played in Peterborough some years ago. Interesting experience - 5 of us plus all our gear plus all our cases plus the entire PA in an area about 12 feet square.

That's a good sound for a local pub gig - did you take it straight off the desk?

Edit: on second listening it obviously wasn't off the desk - still a good sound though.

A Paul Rogers cover band! That's different and cool. It's not easy nailintg Paul's voice but your singer's got him down. I hope you're not covering Queen songs though. ;)

Is that a Warwick $$ you're playing?
