Looking for a Fender Mustang Bass for ages now.
2 already slipped through my hands the last years.

I would suggest contacting Volkmar "Arni" Arnecke of Leftybass.com. I think he has two in his collection, and he appears to be thinning the herd. He's had several basses for sale that I thought I'd never see him part with, like his 5-string Warwick Streamer Stage 1

Been looking for one for some time too. I remember Arni had a red one with the racing stripe. I wonder if he sold that one.

I tried a lefty -78(?) mustang bass at bass gallery london few years back. Black one with maple board. I kinda liked it but didnt buy it right away. Couple of days later it was gone.

I wish Fender would reissue the mustang bass as a lefty. I bet many lefty guitarists would buy it too for the short scale. There really could be a market. JMJ mustang in lefty would be unreal.
