Why is Gbase in the US so expensive
Who the hell is paying 3000 bucks for a 1975 in Standard sunburst?

Someone is paying $3500. for a similar cleaner 1974. https://www.gbase.com/gear/fender-preci ... sunburst-6

What I like about the 75 is it only weighs 8 lbs 2 oz, pretty light for a mid-seventies P bass.

You are right the weight is quite light for that era.
Outside US these prices would be ok e.g. for Europe

I can't believe he is asking someone to pay $3000 then says...... "Needs a Set Up and New Strings"

You would think for $3000 it has just been professional set up and premium new strings.
