Kind of ugly, but I kind of love it. More charmingly cheesy than that Paul McCartney Rick...

Interesting that the knobs are in the "right hand" position...
R&B Stretch Bass, Walter Woods 1000w Green-Light Stereo Amp, AccuGroove El Whappo and TR112, assorted axes, amps, cabs...

That bugged me at first until I realized that it was to keep it away from the print on the lower side of the body.fivebass52 wrote:Interesting that the knobs are in the "right hand" position...

Nope, this is intended for right handed playing. The knobs were moved, the strings are reversed, and it has a strap button at the heel.tim wrote:That bugged me at first until I realized that it was to keep it away from the print on the lower side of the body.

Re: A whacky Ibanez in the Netherlands
It looks like it’s built right handed with a reversed body. There’s only back routing on the one side. I guess they were shooting for a “Jimi”, “psychedellic” vibe.
I get irrationally irritated when I see these reversed right handed instruments; “No, we shouldn’t build left handed models, there’s no market for it. We should definitely build more right handed guitars with left handed bodies though.”

I think you're right, Jeroen.
And Murzenquest, I would tend to agree, but Ibanez takes pretty good care of lefties, so I'll give them a pass on this

My eyes!!!
In the topsy-turvy world of heavy rock, having a good solid piece of wood in your hand is often useful...
