OMG, lefty lollipops and a matching headstock! That's truly something special.

Just an Amazing Bass! Love the dings on the bottom of the bass, I started playing in the 70's and I don't think guitar stands were really of value until the late 80's. All my early gigs and rehearsals just had the bass leaning up against the amp between sets and often knocked over.

Something that always bugged me - the stands used to be made of flat strip metal with some plastic coating and my strap and cable kept getting caught up in the stand when I picked the bass up. One of the few times in my life I had a fit of destructive anger and broke the stand apart and threw the bits out the nearest window. Leaning the bass against the amp, you do at least learn the good habit of zeroing the volume knob when you've finished playing.bobjones2260 wrote:Just an Amazing Bass! I'm now a fan of those multi guitar stands where the axe leans sideways.
