US Customs Body - 250?
Custom Paint - 1000?
Electronics - 300?
Pup Cover, Tuners,
Bridge, Screws, etc. - 200?
Assembly, Tweaks - 200?
Total - $2000

I think I'm being generous with my amounts... so what do you think? Case, an extra $100-or-so... and, the pickups aren't in the original configuration (thanks NoXX for the pictures)... Not an exact replica... and that's what is going to effect his price...

Apparently, making a replica of this specific bass is indeed “a thing”.... these folks have three price-specific variations (admittedly not listed as lefty, but I’d guess they’d have a go):
