That's the passive version. The pickups are overwound. It's got the double rock pickup. These are good basses.

This is what I currently play. Nice range of tones and my favorite neck: wide-ish, skinny, pretty flat. Definitely worth the price. There was one on reverb a week or two ago priced at just over $200 that sold before I could post it here. That was a steal.

that one from Reverb is sitting on my lap as I type! :P
it cost $208 shipped.
I couldn't pass up as I owned one in the past and it was a great bass.
The one on CL is still a great deal.
