Re: Spector bass w/ dot inlays?
Definitely a Euro, and it's a familiar model but I just can't place it at the moment.
Re: Spector bass w/ dot inlays?
Not a fan of the gold hardware, but $600 for a Euro Spector seems pretty good to me.
Re: Spector bass w/ dot inlays?
Somebody will get a killer deal on that one. I wonder though since it has been modded what else is going on with it. Those neck-thru's are a little harder to send out for fretwork if need be unless someone has a great local luthier. If not kept for a player, it could be put back to stock, cleaned and adjusted and turned around for more than what it is selling for.

I thought it could be a Euro but I've never seen one with dots...bigevilrobot wrote:Definitely a Euro, and it's a familiar model but I just can't place it at the moment.

I've been looking at this too. Some of the old NS's had dots..paulo wrote:I thought it could be a Euro but I've never seen one with dots...bigevilrobot wrote:Definitely a Euro, and it's a familiar model but I just can't place it at the moment.

Re: Spector bass w/ dot inlays?
Another thought... I wonder what made them think it was a legend? Could it be that someone slapped a legend neck on an older NS or Euro bolt on body? That would make it look like a legend if you didn't know any better..... or if it's an older Korean made Spector, that would probably confuse the GC dude trying to price it up (like the NS 2A I posted earlier)

Looks like a nscrfm to me pre Euro. They never made lefty fir the other NS body's right? It would be a neck thru.
Re: Spector bass w/ dot inlays?
Here's the only lefty Euro with dots I've seen..

Looks a lot like my Euro NS4CRFM. Dots, gold hardware, same placement for pots. Mine doesn't have a switch.

As long as that pic is the actual bass and the truss rod is ok, I'm good. Got my buddy making me a haz clone for it.

Bass is a mid 90s NS4CRFM as I thought. Has all original with EMG BTS preamp. The switch is an added kill switch which works for me. Got additional pics, looks near mint
