I'm with you BUT...

Obama has a hard time with guns in the US, imagine a law like the one you are proposing

I have that same Tele in mint condition if someone is interested. I don't know yet if I will be able to play bass again since my stroke

Sly, I am very sorry to read this. I wish you a fast recovery.

News bulletin: The only guy who could get away with looking cool playing an upside down instrument was Hendrix - a LEFTY, BTW. You, on the other hand, look like a complete tool. (And when it is done by a lefty it's usually 'cause they can't find a left handed instrument, on account righty idiots like you have snatched them up for said butchering). You have your pick of ANY bass on the market, yet you insist on buying a lefty so you can destroy it? There should be a law in place outlawing any righty from purchasing a left handed instrument unless they intend to buy it for a lefty.

Okay, I'll get off my soapbox now and get back on my meds.
Talking about lefty butchered basses...

I'm sure it didn't sell for $200. How Reverb works is, when you sell an item through them, they keep a percentage of what it sold for. What the seller probably did was make a deal with the buyer to claim it was sold for $200 on Reverb and then send the balance of the real price privately- probably through PayPal to avoid the Reverb fee.
