Does anyone know if the Midtown is still available?

I believe Gibson stopped making the lefty Midtown, Les Paul and Thunderbird basses. There was a run in 2013 however they are now hard to find. I seen a midtown at Southpaw Guitars a few months ago but I just checked and it's gone.

I would suggest start the internet searches and you should be able to find a used one floating around in the next couple of months.

That's a shame. Been using a Warwick Star for a while although the tone is good, I find the horns very restrictive. I tried a random 335 bass search and discovered the Midtown. Guess I'll have to keep a look out as you suggest. Thanks G

Are you sure you really need that Gibbo? Looks like you got it strung right-handed!
