the decals were printed in SoCal by the company that does most of the music industry headstock decals
the 5-string version is very similar, but needed a little bending to better fit its location with respect to the 5th tuner key in a 4+1 configuration. images on this when I have one to snap an image of

I also have come to really like those Hipshot string trees over the vintage styled round button, and plan to utilize these as a standard feature unless someone was to request otherwise
