I've been scouring the used gear listings for a while in the hope of curing my amp GAS on a budget. I snagged a used Mesa 1x15" Powerhouse cab a few months ago, and then found a used Walkabout head (from around 2001-ish) last week. I also picked up a NOS USA Eden 1x12" last week at a great price. My rig looks a little fugly with the mis-matched gear, but boy does it move some air, and it sounds great. I sold my Genz Benz Streamliner 600 as soon as I fired up the Mesa head, as it blew it away (IMHO). I do still have my Eden WT 300-B, but it's now in the cupboard as a backup. I'd love a Mesa 2x10 to go with the 1x15, but they are hard to find used at a good price. The curly cable and the Eden cab are the only new bits of gear I own.... I'm on a recycling mission
