Interesting pickup selection, custom fingerboard inlays, Ho-hum headstock choice... Not a bad price, but I think it might be a difficult sell... I'll put a watch on it to see what happens.
R&B Stretch Bass, Walter Woods 1000w Green-Light Stereo Amp, AccuGroove El Whappo and TR112, assorted axes, amps, cabs...

Yeah, that's even worse than the regular h/s.

+1 I would have considered it if not for the headstock. I actually love the new SB headstock and would only get that on this bass

The seller is a music store near Baltimore called Bill's Music House, it is a huge independent retailer in Catonsville MD. They always have lefty used Carvins for sale there, and usually about 6-7 lefty basses there. Last time I was there they had a KSD Fretless, a Kala U Bass, a Carvin LB 75, a couple of lefty Squiers, and a lefty Musicman Sterling. Their sticker prices tend to be on the high side, but they can be talked down. If you are interested I would call them and put forth a reasonable offer.

My understanding is that there is a local lefty bassist there who buys Carvins regularly and sells them to this shop. I am trying to make it up there, as I would love to demo an SB 5000, but it is just far enough away from me that I don't know if I'll be able to get up there soon, as I am lucky if I get up there twice a year. If I do I'll post some impressions here.
