Very Cool! Looks like it could have been used in The Crusades... and, it's a lefty! Looks like the price is around $1800?

That's hideous
I kinda like the idea (mixing elements of a Thunderbird and an Iceman) but I don't like the way it worked out at all. It's a bit out of proportion, the headstock is a horrible mismatch and a very dull and uninspired design to my eye, and the Telecaster Thinline-style pickguard doesn't look all too well on that bodyshape either in my opinion.
I'll take one of these, thank you very much

This is built by Stavem for Bent Saether of Motorpsycho and I love it!

$1800? I assume for that price the components and build quality must be good... but the overall vibe reminds me of those bolt-on project "kits" they sell on EBay, with few upgrades from the parts bin and a finish done in a garage. Fun, kinda cool... but there's nothing about it that says "$1800" to me.
Jeroen, I do dig that Stavem!

I think the design elements on the body work well, but why tack on a basic headstock design, with left/right tuners? Besides, to me, the headstock makes the elephant tuners look like Dumbo ears! AS Carmine suggested, that smacks of a bolt-on, let's make it easy mentality... and for $1800, I would want a cool looking headstock to match the artwork of the body... that is a Fail to me..Jeroen wrote:That's hideous
