Tuners for Warmoth neck 11/16"...

Post by fivebass52 »

Just received the Warmoth fretless J-Bass neck from fellow board member chrispurchase, and have been looking online, eBay etc. for a set of tuners that will fit the 11/16" headstock hole. I'm going to put the neck on the $20 (Cort) body I got off Craigslist. Although the neck was moderately expensive, I'm trying to keep this as a budget build.

Anyone have recommendations on a set of left handed (obviously!) tuners? Inexpensive tuners I'm seeing on eBay are in the $25-to-$50 price range, but not trying to go too cheap, and have problems later with strings staying in tune. Allparts has tuners in the $100-$200 price range, but would rather not spend that much. Any suggestions, or anyone have some used tuners that would fit?

I have these on two of my basses, and several others in the past. They've always worked well for me. I haven't found anything any cheaper that I've liked.
