Personally, I can't go over the fact that it is a basswood body but some peeps like those Bongos and it is nice to have a HH config.
Isn't it the price of a new one anyway?

It's a family reserve but still I think your right you can get a new one for that or within pennies.

You're right, that neck is gorgeous! This guy sure takes nice pictures.... I recognize this guy's yard and street, but don't remember offhand what bass he sold in the past that also had pictures as nice as these...
