Seems like a fair price, but I'm not seeing a lot of buyers lately in the $2000+ price range...
R&B Stretch Bass, Walter Woods 1000w Green-Light Stereo Amp, AccuGroove El Whappo and TR112, assorted axes, amps, cabs...

I'd go as far as saying pretty much all high-end "coffee table" booteeky basses have horrible resale right now.

It's bumming me out since I don't have any disposable cash to take advantage of it right now.

F Bass BN5 • ZON Legacy Elite 5 • ZON Sonus Elite 5 Fretless • ZON Sonus BG5 • Fender Custom Shop '64 NOS Jazz • Fender Custom Shop '75 NOS Jazz • Fender ADE Precision • Music Man SR4

Yes, but 2k for a bolt on Warrior is a lot..... Especially with those specs on this listing. Yep, your correct Chris. It's a buyers market for us leftys that have disposable funds and GAS. Not me.... I will be putting my Old Thumb NT 5 fretless for sale but not giving this guy away. It's one of a kind. Europe is your friend for some lefty sales especially Warwicks... and fortunately they hold their value.... Sorta

Lost my shirt and shorts selling my Warrior a while back. I got clobbered. Indeed resale for most high-end basses is bad but for Warriors, it has been notoriously atrocious. Never again for me ! It was a nightmare order to begin with as well.

See, that's maybe where I'm a bit different. Like Pjmuck, i tend to hold on to everything I buy, even if it isn't getting played. makes for some pretty stuffed closets and allows me to (sometimes) hold off on buying the high end stuff.

But I truly do sympathize with those of you who are trying to sell anything of value. the market may not turn around for another 2 or 3 years IMO.

If you're willing to share your story, I'd be interested in reading it.

Sold it (after relisting 4-5 times and losing more money) for $1K less than I paid for it a year later. Never again !! The guy I sold it to had it 6-8 months tops and then listed it himself.

That bass had no highs and no lows no matter how I set up the eq. GREAT looking bass and fairly comfortable though I could never get really great action out of it. Glue spots on the neck, pickup routes were not stellar. I could not justify keeping it. I have not looked back.

I still say JD makes some of the coolest looking basses ever but to me, I find them to be really lacking in the character department.

Just my thoughts. Some people have had better luck with them.
