yep - nice one !!!

I was just about to order myself a BN 5 fretted version in that colour some month ago but decided not to do it because FBass takes a +10% lefty upcharge and I never want to pay upcharges again for sth. that is just seems to be an excuse for some luthiers to earn some extra cash :)

My fave bass. *drool* Looks to be an older model with slightly different electronics. I've contacted the seller for more info. Case, year, wood, etc.
We'll see what turns up. Bigger and better pics would sure be nice.

I'm in communication with the seller and I'm trying to work out a deal with him on this bass. The ebay auction expired with no bids as far as I can tell. I got some more pics from him but they're quite grainy. If it doesn't work out between him and I on this deal I'll suggest that he post it here for everybody else to wangle over. ;)

Cheers all.

That is a beautiful bass, and would certainly get you noticed on the bandstand! Hope you get it!

Wow - that's gorgeous! I've sold several white FBasses recently. And I'm noticing that we are seeing more guitars and basses coming in white, and it being more popular...

Building a lefty bass for a smaller scale builder is hard. Everything is backwards obviously and shops and tools and presses and equipment must all be changed around to accommodate and is more than 10% of a bigger pain in the ass I'm told by JD at Warrior. I'm no builder but he said every step, every cut of wood, electronics is just more time and care.

Um I'll give a review on the Fbass...... ;)

@ Brian... I made an offer that he may be refusing. Not the end of the world and I don't have a definitive NO yet. We'll see...

Also, the bass needs a bit of work... the owner seems to think it needs refinishing... hard to tell from the pics but there are a few dings and scratches. He got a price from George Furlanetto of $950 to refinish the bass. Ouch!

Anyway gents, I don't have $1700 cash on hand at the moment so please feel free to go for it. If you're interested I would ask the seller to take some good photos from specific angles. The ones he sent me are terrible quality and don't really help to determine the state of the neck or anything. If the bass is in good general structural shape I would say that $1700 is a good price tho.
