Way overpriced, and I'm pretty sure their spiel to buyers outside the USA isn't legal.

I would NEVER pay this much for a natural P made the year I was born in this condition. And while I agree that the terms of shipment seem unreasonable, maybe he has been screwed in the past and is preventing another fiasco. Cheers.

Covering his butt is one thing, but statements like "NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF USA: ... or any delivery at all, will be at your own risk, and you assume this risk upon making payment for your item... WE WILL NOT REFUND for delayed, lost, or stolen packages shipped outside of the USA."

Pretty sure they could insure it against loss or theft. To essentially say that if you live outside the USA and the bass doesn't show up to you it's not their problem is bull to me.

IMO the situation is clear : he will not ship oversea in insured mode cause if the package will be damaged or lost he simply can't provide to the shipping company the proof that the bass worth all that money. Or even worst, he can provide the proof but the original purchase value was wayyy lower ...
