Streamer 2 Warwick

Post by thumbslam »

To me this bass is a masterpiece. Not for sale for now but I was taking some family pics and thought I would share this. I have had many hunks of wood go through my hands and this is possibly one of the best basses I ever played at any price point any time ever!

That is a beautiful bass man. Does it have the newer slimmer neck profile?

I'm about to make a trip to philly and find all your basses :P It's only like 2 hours east.

But no seriously, sweet looking bass

No it was a crazy thing I found sort of a mini stock pile of NOS lefty Warwick basses from a guy in Texas and Me and a friend pretty much cleaned him out. They were all in absolute brand new condition and came with all the original tools, bag and other tags and stuff. I bought this first because it was and is the trophy of that find for sure. I just got a Warwick flight case to her justice when I'm not playing her.

The neck is perfect it's as thin as the newer thin profile but thinner than any other bolt on I ever played or owned from Warwick. It's a "04" but it's like it just came off the line. It's got the same strings from "04" and they are killer bright and still new sounding so I haven't even changed them yet....freaking 6 year old strings and they sound super. The neck and everything about this one is magic man. It's "got it" If I knew how to record like Addison I would put some sound down...
