:D A truly wonderful collection of rare and quirky instruments. I can see you're a man who admires the aesthetic appeal of unusual instrument design, like myself. I admire those companies that try to push the envelope and make a bold visual statement, even if the designs don't always work from a comfort/balance standpoint.

Now all you (and I) need is a Yamaha SBV and you'll be complete. ;)

You have the most extensive collection of Egmonds I've ever seen.
My bass teacher had one and with flats and foam it was a total Motown funk machine.

I used to have some more egmonds. I started out as a colelctor of egmond instruments years ago and at one moment I owned some 65 instruments of the egmond and her various subbrands. Most of them were guitars.

I sold every Egmond I had but I just had to buy some egmond bassguitars back for my collection. The oldest one is from 1958. Most of the times the neck of an egmond isn't straight. But of my basses most of them are playable.

as you can see looking at the other bassguitars. The spectrum is not the average in my collection. And alltough it's a great bass I don't fink it's gonna stay for very very long in the collection.

But it was such a bargain that I just couldn't let it go.

Hi, I don't suppose you want to sell your six-string Egmond Scout do you? It was the first electric guitar I ever bought but I don't have it now and would love to have one again.

Best wishes,

Bathonian

Hi Saf,
Thanks for your message.

I live in Bath, England. I would love it if you could post the Scout to me. Please let me know how much you want for it and how much it would cost to post it to the UK.

My phone number is +44 (0) 1225 444958

Best wishes,

Hi,
I'm interested in buying the black Harmony (or is it a Hondo?) P Bass with the maple fingerboard. Please respond, thanks.
