Trying to buy a house and get married so it's time to clean out the stable again! This is a passive Carvin B5F that I bought on ebay a while back but haven't needed it since I don't do much fretless work these days.

Asking $330 + shipping (CONUS only)

Thanks,
J

Lower price bump...

Now asking $260 + shipping (I can't edit the original post for some reason)

These are great basses. Picked up a fretted one with the MM humbucker at the bridge a few months ago on eBay, and I haven't stop playing it.

I really love the neck on this thing; the 1.75" nut width with the 17 mm string spacing at the bridge are the perfect dimensions for me, and the B-string sound great to me. Not as nice as an MTD 535, for example ;) , but very nice nonetheless.

If I had more room in the closet, I would get this QUICK (no pun intended.)

Hey, QUICK, congrats on getting married.

Haha, thanks Carlos 8-) ....I'm still loving the MTD (my fiance still calls her my "other" woman lol)

The Carvin is still available...had a few PM's but nothing solid yet.

I know you want to clean out the closet, but I have a very rare Danelectro DC with a silver metallic finish that I need to move, and I love Carvins, especially when they have no weird paint jobs or finishes. Any chance you'd consider a trade ?

Thanks for the offer but I'm more of a 5 or 6 string guy. Good luck with your sale!

Sold!

To the man from Paradise.... decided this was an inexpensive way to break into to Fretless side of things...

Thanks, Quick! :D
