I don't think it is going to be for me. Please do not make any special efforts to post photos on my account.
Thanks though.
No problem, buddy! Thanks for following up. I am glad you got a chance to try one before laying out a bunch of money. I did not have that luxury, but our friend Psycho Ward was offering such a good deal that I couldn't pass it up because I had always wanted to try one and dreamed of owning one when I first started playing bass and had no idea what I really like or dislike in a bass  .

FYI, this bass is still being held for another member.

Hey mate, did this end up selling?

I can't see the photos either - but I'd sure like to.

Cheers!

Hi! I still have it, but it is currently on hold for another forum member.

I am out of town at the moment, but I will get pictures uploaded Monday.

Cheers!

Maybe I am losing my mind (which is a very real possibility), but I am sure someone posted on this thread the other day asking for pictures. Regardless, I have been meaning to do it for months, and I almost forgot again today! But, I remembered! Enjoy!

Wow... fifteen years later, and from what I see; no flaws, no chips... a couple of fingerprints on the tuning keys... a 10/10 example from what I see... Nice!

Haha sorry mate that was me - I still want to buy it, but I see it's on hold.

I deleted my comment cos I was feeling like I was adding pressure and we're already all under enough pressure at the moment!

100% would discuss purchase if it goes back up again.

Cheers mate, Luke.

Hi, all.
This bass is now back up for general sale. I will be listing on Reverb, soon. LeftyBassist friends get it for what I paid: $1800, plus $100 shipping and I will refund you the difference.

Just not a fan of the design... but, it being a MusicMan, I'll bet it sounds killer!

Yeah, the Bongo has always been very polarizing. When I first saw one I thought it was the coolest looking bass I had ever seen. I was a kid in my early 20s, so there was no way I could have even dreamed of affording one at the time.

So now, many years later, I finally get one and decide it would be better off with someone else. I'm just not a humbucker guy, it seems.
