So Warwick No Longer Lets Thomann Ship Their Parts to the US

Post by donahue »

I was just on the Thomann site trying to buy some Warwick Black Harware (which I've done in the past) and I went to enter my shipping country of choice and this message appears below every item:

"We are quite disappointed with Warwick for preventing us from shipping to your country of choice. Please consider products of a different manufacturer or switch to another delivery country."

What the hell? I've bought parts from them in the past with no problems. I had a cart-full a couple months ago but backed out (now very regrettably so) and now I guess my Masterman isn't getting black hardware. Anyone have any info on what is up with this? Is there another place to purchase parts? Is this because the parts were so cheap on Thomann, Warwick caught on, and decided they need to gouge us Americans harder than that? I don't get it, and do not know of any alternatives?

This may be at the request of their US distributor. If the US distributor,
complained to Warwick, they may have told them to stop shipping to the
US.

I not completely sure who Warwick's US Distributor is, maybe KMC? If so,
contact KMC at- customerservice@kmcmusic.com and ask if you can order
the parts through them.

Hope this helps!
