LEFTY 51 PBASS CUSTOM MADE

Post by ronnie »

Hi!
Well, I order this bass a few months ago, and I just wnted to share the experience with you all. It's been made by the Spanish luthier Diego Vila, who allways make very nice & great jobs. I've always wanted a 51 pbass, so I oredered him one, with a few changes from the original. I wanted an alder body (instead the ash) and I wanted a 32" scale bass. The bass is only 3cm shorter than a 34", and the bridge is 3cm near the pick up.
Body and neck are finished in nitro.
The pickup is made by Curtis Novak
It has the 50's Fender logo and the words "zombicaster bass".
I only have this picture which is not the best, but here it is!

Wow, looks great!
I like the 2-saddle bridge with adjustable saddles a lot too. Wilkinson?
