Some of you guys mentioned they use WD to order custom pickguards. Personally, I don't care much for the 25% added charge for lefies.
I use Terrapin Guitar http://www.terrapinguitars.com - No extra charge for lefies.

I had these guys make a custom pickguard for me about 5 years ago and there was also no lefty surcharge:

I havn't ordered a new pickguard but the old one isnt doing so well and as always money is tight

WD has had some customer service issues reported on Talkbass. I have never used them because I think they are a bit overpriced and the lefty surcharge is insulting.

I have bought all my pickguards from Warmoth and I have never had a single problem.

Jeanies Pickguards has a good reputation as well.
