Hey, I just saw that the Icon version of the Hofner Club has hit the market, anyone know if we'll be seeing these in a lefty version?

Hi:

I called the midwest and the atlantic distributor for Hofner, both confirmed for me that, at the moment, they will not be producing lefty icon club basses. That bums me out, I did not like the string spacing on the violin bass, but did like the string spacing and neck on the club, but just could not bring myself to pay $2000 for the club bass. Hopefully, they will see the value in making a left handed bass and produce one.
