Custom Bass from Dan Ransom of Real guitars in San Francisco bought on ebay recently. Alder body, Walnut top, birdseye neck and board, 35" scale. Hipshot hardware, Dimarzio ultrajazz p'ups, Aguilar 3 band preamp. Just noodled a little so far, but can say it's got beautiful wood and craftsmanship, modern sounding, lots of tone varieties, will take to band practice Monday to try in mix. Pics from the seller:
